Privacy policy

Mister T Cards (mistertcards.com) is a Pokémon card shop in the Greater Seattle area. You can reach us about anything in this policy at team@mistertcards.com.

• Account details. When you sign in with Google, Facebook or an email link, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to create your account, show your name in chats and email you about your deals.
• What you send us. Your cart, offers, trade requests, notes, chat messages, photos and files of your cards (including CSVs and Collectr or Card Ladder links), collections you offer to sell us, and the pickup times we agree.
• Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. For Zelle or Venmo we keep the payment screenshot you upload, the amount and the date. We keep a record of what you paid, your store credit and your order history.
• Site use. Pages and items you view and what you add to your cart, with your device type and the site that sent you, so we can see what people are looking for. This uses two first-party cookies holding random ids. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we record none of this.
• Sign-in cookies. A cookie keeps you signed in. Your cart is also kept in your browser.

Only to run the shop: to answer your offers and trades, reserve and hand over your items, take payments, send you emails about your deals and pickups, prevent fraud (for example fake payment screenshots), and improve the site. We do not use your information for advertising and we never sell it.

If you sign in with Google or Facebook we only ask for your basic profile: name, email address and profile picture. We use it only to sign you in and identify you to our team, never for ads, and we do not share it except with the service providers below that run the site. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Only the companies that run parts of the site for us, each for that job alone:

• Supabase: our database and sign-in.
• Cloudflare: hosting, and storage for photos and payment screenshots.
• Stripe: card payments.
• Resend: sending our emails.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

We keep your account and deal history while your account is open, and order and payment records as long as we need them for our books. Site-use records are kept in summary form.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account and its information by emailing team@mistertcards.com from the address you sign in with. We answer within 30 days. We may keep payment records the law requires us to keep.

The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes we will update the date above, and tell signed-in customers about any big change.
